Patients are seen by appointment only during surgery hours.
We release appointments daily for same day appointments and up to 4 weeks in advance. There are also a limited number of pre-bookable Saturday and early morning appointments for those who are working.

Appointments can be made in person although it is preferable if you telephone our reception on 0207 619 6670. You can also book an appointment online via EMIS Access. Please note: At certain times, due to high demand, you may not find a suitable appointment time via the EMIS Access website. Please call surgery reception instead.
If you feel you need to speak urgently to a doctor if appointments are not available, we do have a duty doctor who will ring you back to decide how best to help you.
If you have a medical matter that you think you can talk to a doctor about without having to come in to the surgery we are now offering dedicated telephone appointments with all our doctors. Please call reception for details.
If you need a blood test please book an appointment with reception. Our blood clinics are open between 11:00 – 12:00, Monday to Friday and are by appointment only.
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions such as:
- Suture removal
- COPD check
- Asthma check
- Contraception pill check (if new patient see doctor)
- Contraceptive Depoprovera (if new patient see doctor)
- Travel vaccinations
- Child immunisations
- Weight management
- Blood pressure check
- Ear syringe (see doctor first)
- Vitamin B12 / flu vaccinations
- Smoking cessation advice
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
