Smear Test Appointment Request

We would like to take into account the days and times that are most convenient for you. Please provide as much availability as possible to help us find a suitable appointment.

Please note that we are able to offer smear test appointments at the practice from Monday to Thursday. Appointments on Fridays and weekends will be provided through our extended access service and will not take place at the practice. We will inform you of the appointment location, which will be within Islington and close to the surgery. We will provide as much notice as possible regarding your appointment time.
